Expressive Roots Counselling
Individual and group counseling sessions for ages 4 and up. The lovely Meaghan uses and expressive art and play approach, making available a variety of art supplies, toys, games, clay and sand tray for therapeutic work. Areas of specialty include: trauma, transitions, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, child development, neurodiversity and adoption.
